Only problems make us heros

Many of our colleagues in the consulting industry help decision-makers to be as unassailable as possible and to always have a positive attitude. This is questionable because unrealistic, inauthentic and defensive. Problems make us interesting. And if we’re good problem solvers, we might even make it a public hero.

Some countries, industries, and organizations have more to do with problems than others. We advise as large energy companies as governments in developing countries or public welfare institutions in solving their communicative tasks. Changing perspectives on issues for target groups and our clients – that’s our special talent.
